Travis Lasiloo is an outstanding/great Zuni Fetish carver whose carvings of horses, snakes, beavers, and deer are truly some of the most magnificent and realistic-looking and naturalistic carvings made today at Zuni Pueblo. Travis started carving Zuni fetishes in 1996. Travis is mostly self taught. His natural talent gave him the inside track to becoming one of the finest Zuni carvers today. Travis was married to Diana Natewa who was Staley Natewa's cousin. Very sadly, Travis died June 28 2024. | ||
